Jalina Porter is the Principal Deputy Spokesperson at the U.S. Department of State working under Secretary of State spokesperson Ned Price and Secretary of State Anthony Blinken.

Nadia Farra is the Senior Syria Desk Officer leading a team of six in the Bureau of Near Eastern Affairs at the U.S. State Department and helps shape and monitor U.S. efforts to de-escalate violence in Syria and progress towards an UN-led political solution to the crisis in Syria. Nadia also works with the Arab Americans in Foreign Affairs Agencies (AAIFAA) and is the official inter-agency employee resource group representing Arab Americans and anyone with an interest in the Arab world and Arabic language.
